Wholesale Paper & Sustainable Packaging
Wholesale Paper & Sustainable Packaging
We supply industrial-grade kraft, compostable mailers, and bleached paperboard to manufacturers and distributors across Canada. Every ton is traced from certified Canadian forests to your dock.
Common questions about our wholesale paper supply, fiber sourcing certifications, and environmental compliance under the Canadian Environmental Protection Act.
We maintain FSC Recycled and FSC Chain of Custody certifications for all post-consumer fiber streams. Our virgin fiber supply chain is certified under the Sustainable Forestry Initiative and PEFC. All sourcing documentation is available for audit upon request, and we provide full chain-of-custody reports with each shipment.
Our products meet CEPA 1999 requirements for toxic substance reduction and pollution prevention. We use only water-based inks, starch-based adhesives, and avoid all heavy metals in our packaging. Annual third-party testing confirms compliance with Schedule 1 substances limits, and we provide certificates of analysis on request.
For standard kraft rolls and paperboard sheets, the minimum is one pallet (typically 2,000–3,000 lbs depending on grade). Custom slitting and specialty mailers require a 500-unit minimum per SKU. We offer volume tier pricing for annual contracts exceeding 50,000 lbs.
Yes. We supply a sustainability data sheet with each order that includes fiber origin, recycled content percentage, carbon footprint per ton, and end-of-life disposal guidance. For corporate clients, we also prepare custom ESG reports covering Scope 3 emissions from packaging materials.
Standard lead time is 10–14 business days from order confirmation for in-stock grades. Custom orders (special widths, coatings, or printing) require 3–4 weeks. We offer expedited production for contract clients with a 5-day turnaround at a 10% surcharge.
Our compostable corrugated mailers are EN 13432 certified and suitable for dry food packaging. For direct food contact, we recommend our FSC-certified bleached paperboard, which meets FDA 21 CFR 176.170 requirements. We do not recommend compostable mailers for wet or oily food products.
We operate under the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999, and hold FSC, PEFC, and SFI chain-of-custody certifications. Every ton of fiber we source is traceable from harvest to finished roll.
We negotiate annual volume agreements directly with Canadian pulp and paper mills, eliminating broker markups. This gives our clients predictable pricing on kraft, board, and specialty grades, with guaranteed minimum tonnage and firm delivery windows.
Each fiber lot is verified against our approved supplier list, which excludes any harvest from old-growth boreal forests. Third-party audits are conducted twice per year, and results are shared with contract clients on request.
Our production facilities maintain Toxic Substances Management Policy records for all process chemicals. We provide a CEPA compliance dossier with every bulk order, covering pulp bleaching, effluent treatment, and finished product toxicity screening.
We help clients redesign corrugated and paperboard packaging to meet Canadian recycling stream requirements. This includes eliminating wax coatings, switching to water-based adhesives, and reducing material weight without compromising compression strength.
Every product line has a cradle-to-gate carbon footprint calculated using the Paper Calculator tool. We report kg CO₂e per metric ton of finished paper, and we offer carbon offset options through verified Canadian forestry projects.
For long-term distribution contracts, we station a quality representative at the client’s receiving warehouse for the first three months. This person inspects every pallet, resolves moisture or basis-weight claims on the spot, and trains the receiving team on our specifications.
